Large-format audio
Distributed and line-array systems designed for coverage across seating areas, plus field, sideline and announcer audio.
Sports + Stadiums
Large-format audio, LED video, lighting, cameras and broadcast for professional, collegiate and athletic events — planned and managed by one production team that isn’t afraid of scale.
Overview
Stadium and arena productions stretch every department at once. Sound has to carry across seating bowls, LED content has to read from the upper deck, camera feeds have to hit the video board and the broadcast at the same time, and the whole thing has to run on a timeline set by the game.
Diamond Level Productions coordinates the technical production for sports and large-format events across Northern California, drawing on an established production network for audio, video, lighting, rigging and camera crews sized to the venue.
We work alongside venue operations, league or athletic department staff and broadcast partners so the in-venue show and the production plan move together.
What we handle
Distributed and line-array systems designed for coverage across seating areas, plus field, sideline and announcer audio.
Temporary LED displays, content playback and integration with venue video boards where the venue allows.
Pregame, halftime and ceremony lighting looks, programmed and cued to the event timeline.
Operators positioned for the action, feeding IMAG, the in-venue show and recording.
Stages, ground support and flown elements engineered for the venue, the field surface and weather.
Switched program feeds and livestreams for fans who can’t be there, with graphics and clean audio.
Scale
In large venues, small problems get amplified — a dead zone in audio coverage, a late cue on the video board, a camera position blocked by fans. We plan coverage, cable paths, power and crew positions up front so the show holds up when the stands are full.
Our job is to hand you a production that feels as big as the event, without asking your staff to manage five separate vendors on game day.
How it runs
Timeline, run of show, sponsor and broadcast requirements.
Operations, power, field protection, rigging and access with venue staff.
Coverage, LED, lighting, camera and signal flow planned together.
Build, line check, camera and content rehearsals.
Show calling, live switching and strike.
