Ceremony audio
Speech-first sound systems designed so every name reading, speech and performance is clear across the stands or the gym.
Schools + Graduations
Commencements, district events, conferences, assemblies and athletics — produced for schools, colleges and educational organizations throughout California’s Central Valley.
Overview
Graduation happens once. Families travel, grandparents watch from the upper rows, relatives tune in online, and every name needs to be heard clearly when it’s read. School events carry high emotional stakes on fixed dates with public audiences.
Diamond Level Productions provides complete event production for schools, school districts, colleges and educational organizations in Modesto and across the Central Valley — including outdoor stadium commencements, indoor ceremonies, district conferences and large assemblies.
We also make the business side easier. Procurement offices need bids, certificates of insurance, W-9s and vendor paperwork, so we keep that process simple and organized.
What we handle
Speech-first sound systems designed so every name reading, speech and performance is clear across the stands or the gym.
Screens that show speakers and graduates up close, with slides, name graphics and recognition videos.
Multi-camera coverage to put families close to the stage and produce a recording of the ceremony.
A stable livestream so relatives who can’t attend still see their graduate cross the stage.
Stages, ramps and risers planned for processionals, accessibility and outdoor conditions.
Run of show built with administrators: processional, speeches, name reading and recessional.
Central Valley
Outdoor graduations in the Central Valley often mean heat, late-day sun and large stadium crowds. We plan for shade on technical positions, weather contingencies, generator or venue power and sound coverage across open-air seating.
Diamond Level serves Modesto and the Central Valley directly, so district and college staff get a production partner who can meet on site and walk the venue ahead of the event.
Procurement
School districts, colleges and public agencies have purchasing rules. Send requests through the Plan Your Production form, choose Graduation or Other, and note what you need and when it’s due.
Include certificate-holder details and any additional-insured wording for insurance certificates, and the bid number and due date for RFPs.
