Concert Production

Concert Production

Audio, lighting, LED, cameras, staging and technical production for concerts, festivals and live music events — built around the artist, the venue and the audience.

Overview

The band brings the music. We build the room around it.

Concert production is where every department is exposed at once. The PA has to deliver the mix to the back of the field, the lighting has to follow the set, the LED has to carry the show’s look, and the stage has to meet the artist’s rider and the venue’s safety requirements.

Diamond Level Productions plans and manages concert production for promoters, municipalities, venues, festivals and private clients across Northern California — from Bay Area stages to Central Valley amphitheaters and community events.

We read the technical riders, advance with artist management and production managers, and build a single plan that covers sound, lights, video, staging and crew.

What we handle

One team. Every technical element.

A1 · monitor engineer

Concert audio

Line arrays and subwoofers designed for the audience area, monitor systems, microphones and FOH and monitor positions.

LD · programmer

Concert lighting

Truss, moving fixtures, washes and effects programmed to the set list or run by the artist’s LD.

V1

LED + IMAG

Upstage LED for show content and side screens with camera IMAG so large crowds can see the performers.

Head rigger

Staging + rigging

Mobile stages, roofs, ground support and flown systems engineered and inspected for the site.

Stage manager

Backline + stage management

Changeovers, stage plots and input lists coordinated across every act on the bill.

TD

Recording + stream

Multi-camera capture and livestream for artists, sponsors and fans at home.

Advancing

Riders read. Plots confirmed. No surprises at load-in.

A concert that runs well on the day was advanced well weeks before. We collect technical riders, stage plots and input lists, confirm what each act needs, and identify conflicts between artist requirements and site conditions early.

For multi-act bills and festivals, we build changeover plans so every set starts on time.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Can you work with an artist’s touring engineers and LD?

Yes. Many artists travel with their own FOH engineer or lighting designer. We provide the systems, crew and support they need and advance those details beforehand.

Do you provide stages for outdoor concerts?

Yes. Staging, roofs and ground support are planned for the site, the expected crowd and the weather, with rigging handled by qualified crew.

Can you produce a multi-stage festival?

Yes. Festivals are planned as a single production with coordinated schedules, crews and changeovers across stages.

Do you handle sound for community concert series?

Yes. Recurring series benefit from a consistent production plan and crew so each event gets easier to run.
